Ultimate Era respects your privacy completely. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data whatsoever. The game operates entirely offline and requires no account creation, login, or internet connection.

What We Don't Collect

We do not collect any of the following:

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)

Email addresses or contact information

Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or location data

Usage statistics, analytics, or behavioral data

Any data transmitted to external servers

Photos, contacts, or any other device data

Local Data Storage

Your game progress and choices are saved locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is used solely to maintain your game state between sessions. You have full control over this data and can delete it at any time by uninstalling the game or clearing the app data.

Third-Party Services

Ultimate Era does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or social media services. There are no ads, no in-app purchases, no external connections, and no third-party SDKs.

Internet Connection

The game does not require an internet connection and does not communicate with any servers. All gameplay occurs entirely on your device.

Children's Privacy

Since we collect no data at all, Ultimate Era is safe for players of all ages from a privacy perspective. However, the game's themes and content are designed for mature audiences who can appreciate philosophical and dystopian narratives.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete from our servers. All game data exists only on your device and is under your complete control.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change our data practices in future updates, we will update this privacy policy and notify users through the app store listing. The current version will always be available at this URL and within the game.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Ultimate Era ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game. Your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Ultimate Era on devices you own or control. This license does not include the right to:

Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Game

Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game to third parties

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game's source code

Use the Game for any commercial purposes

Extract, reproduce, or redistribute game content, assets, or storylines

Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in Ultimate Era, including but not limited to text, storylines, characters, dialogue, graphics, user interface, sound effects, music, and software code, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. Ultimate Era and all associated materials are the exclusive property of the developer.

4. User Conduct

While using the Game, you agree not to:

Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the Game's operation through unauthorized means

Use any unauthorized third-party software, cheats, exploits, or modifications

Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

Use the Game in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Game

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Game files or systems

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ultimate Era is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from harmful components such as viruses or bugs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding your use of Ultimate Era and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Hiçbir veri toplamadığımız için Ultimate Era, gizlilik açısından her yaştan oyuncu için güvenlidir. Ancak, oyunun temaları ve içeriği felsefi ve distopik anlatıları takdir edebilecek olgun izleyiciler için tasarlanmıştır.

Haklarınız

Kullanım Koşulları

1. Koşulların Kabulü

Ultimate Era'yı ("Oyun") indirerek, yükleyerek veya oynayarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını ("Koşullar") kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Oyunu kullanmayın. Oyunu kullanmaya devam etmeniz, bu Koşulları ve gelecekteki değişiklikleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

2. Lisans Verme

Size, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda Ultimate Era'yı kullanmak için kişisel, ticari olmayan, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan, geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Bu lisans şunları içermez:

Oyunu kopyalamak, çoğaltmak, değiştirmek veya türev eserler oluşturmak

Oyunu üçüncü taraflara dağıtmak, satmak, kiralamak veya alt lisans vermek

Oyunun kaynak kodunu tersine mühendislik yapmak, decompile etmek veya parçalarına ayırmak

Oyunu herhangi bir ticari amaç için kullanmak

Oyun içeriğini, varlıklarını veya hikayelerini çıkarmak, çoğaltmak veya yeniden dağıtmak

Telif hakkı bildirimlerini veya mülkiyet işaretlerini kaldırmak veya değiştirmek

3. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

Ultimate Era'daki metin, hikayeler, karakterler, diyaloglar, grafikler, kullanıcı arayüzü, ses efektleri, müzik ve yazılım kodu dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere tüm içerik, telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasaları ile korunmaktadır. Tüm hakları saklıdır. Ultimate Era ve ilgili tüm materyaller geliştiricinin münhasır mülkiyetindedir.

4. Kullanıcı Davranışı

Oyunu kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Yetkisiz yollarla Oyunun çalışmasını hacklemeye, değiştirmeye veya bozmaya çalışmak

Yetkisiz üçüncü taraf yazılımları, hileler, exploitler veya modifikasyonlar kullanmak

Yerel, ulusal veya uluslararası herhangi bir yasa veya düzenlemeyi ihlal etmek

Başkalarının fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmek

Oyunu zarar verebilecek, devre dışı bırakabilecek veya bozabilecek herhangi bir şekilde kullanmak

Oyun dosyalarına veya sistemlerine yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak

5. Garanti Reddi

Ultimate Era "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE" sunulmaktadır, açık veya zımni, ticari elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk veya ihlal etmeme garantileri dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın. Oyunun hatasız, kesintisiz, güvenli veya virüs veya hata gibi zararlı bileşenlerden arınmış olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.

6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Uygulanabilir yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, geliştirici hiçbir durumda, bu tür hasarların olasılığı konusunda bilgilendirilmiş olsa bile, veri kaybı, cihaz hasarı veya kar kaybı dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere, Oyunu kullanmanızdan kaynaklanan veya bununla ilgili herhangi bir doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zarardan sorumlu olmayacaktır.

7. Güncellemeler ve Değişiklikler

Önceden haber vermeksizin, Oyunu veya herhangi bir bölümünü istediğimiz zaman güncelleme, değiştirme veya durdurma hakkını saklı tutuyoruz. Ayrıca bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Bu tür değişikliklerden sonra Oyunu kullanmaya devam etmek, yeni Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

8. Fesih

Sebep göstererek veya göstermeksizin, bildirimde bulunarak veya bulunmaksızın, Oyuna erişiminizi istediğimiz zaman sonlandırma veya askıya alma hakkını saklı tutuyoruz. Fesih durumunda, Oyunu kullanmayı bırakmalı ve tüm kopyalarını cihazlarınızdan silmelisiniz.

9. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki

Bu Kullanım Koşulları, kanunlar ihtilafı hükümlerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanır. Bu Koşullardan veya Oyunu kullanmanızdan kaynaklanan herhangi bir uyuşmazlık, Türkiye mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabi olacaktır.

10. Ayrılabilirlik

Bu Koşulların herhangi bir hükmünün geçersiz veya uygulanamaz olduğu tespit edilirse, kalan hükümler tam olarak yürürlükte kalmaya devam edecektir.

11. Tam Anlaşma

Bu Koşullar, Ultimate Era'yı kullanmanıza ilişkin olarak sizinle geliştirici arasındaki tam anlaşmayı oluşturur ve önceki tüm anlaşmaların ve anlayışların yerini alır.
